Most boxing content online comes from people who’ve never worked a corner or laced up gloves themselves. I have—for two decades. I coach amateur boxers at Urban Boxing Bethesda, I obsess over tactics most fans never think about, and I’ve spent years collecting and testing gloves and headgear, so when I review gear, it’s based on what’s actually held up in the gym, not a press release.
Beyond technique and gear, I write about the sport itself—the rivalries, the fights that defined eras, the clashes between boxing’s heroes and villains that make this sport more than just a workout.
